How long do deposits take to process?
If your transaction qualifies for instant play, your balance will update immediately.
For security reasons, withdrawals are temporarily disabled until your deposit receives its first network confirmation.
To qualify for an instant deposit a transaction must meet three conditions:
1) Its network fee is above our minimum threshold.
2) It is not marked as replaceable (RBF).
3) It has no unconfirmed parent transactions.
If a deposit does not qualify for instant play, your balance will be credited automatically once the first confirmation is received.
